Watch yourself here if you are practicing Covid 19 precautions!! One person out of four in the back preparing food was wearing a mask!! I guess Management did not get the memo about the mask mandate!!

They were closed and I was there before 6:30 this evening.

I ordered my food and when I got to the window the lady decides to tell me her card reader is down.not happy

Ordered thru drive thru, gentleman who was working drive thru not wearing mask. Brought it to his attention and told him restaurant workers are supposed to be wearing masks. Drove off and thought about the possibility of getting sick. Walked into restaurant to return food, no one was wearing a mask. The young woman with attitude who I’m assuming is the manager lies and says they were all wearing a mask. They put them on after I walked in and stood at the counter being ignored. Her attitude was appalling and at first refused to give me my money back. I told her there is a pandemic going on and they could get the patrons sick they need to be wearing a mask!!

Terrible service, I was waiting to put my order to go, the cashier in something else, but the worst thing was that while I was waiting I saw towards the kitchen and three workers were not wearing protective masks, by God, they are the ones who handle food, they talked on top of the containers when they were packing the orders, when I saw this ...... better I left without ordering anything ..... it will be very difficult for me to return to Happy Chicken ..... VERY BAD
